Because many of our creations are handmade or personalized, our shipping times may vary depending on product availability and customization. Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship products are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Handmade or customized knives require additional craftsmanship time. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipment.

Shipping Methods

  • Free Standard Shipping — All orders are shipped via your country’s postal service. Estimated delivery time: 15–27 days from the date of dispatch.

  • Express Shipping (DHL or FedEx) — Available at an additional cost. Express delivery typically takes 6–13 days, and in some regions as little as 5 days.

Customs & Taxes

Our product prices do not include VAT, GST, or any country-specific import duties/taxes. These fees, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility and must be settled directly with your local customs authority upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Shipping Address

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your country’s location and customs procedures. Please note that delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to international laws and customs regulations regarding the import of bladed items, we are currently unable to ship to certain countries.

Restricted destinations include:
United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland)
Australia
Japan

Orders placed with a shipping address in these countries will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.

We kindly ask all customers to ensure that the import of such items is permitted under their local laws before placing an order. Elegant Knives is not responsible for items detained or confiscated by customs authorities.
