Can I customize a knife?

Yes. We can create a knife fully tailored to your request — from the choice of steel and handle material to engraving initials, slogans, or symbols.

Do you offer personalization?

Absolutely. We engrave initials, monograms, logos, or short messages. Please note: personalized items are non-refundable.

What materials do you use?

We work with premium steels and natural materials:

  • Steels: Damascus, N690 (58–60 HRC hardness)
  • Handles: exotic hardwoods, hybrid wood, acrylics, mammoth tooth, walrus tusk, elk horn, and more unique natural elements
Do you produce knives yourselves?

Yes. We are the manufacturer and fully responsible for the quality. Our production includes forging, engraving, leather crafting, and jewelry finishing — each knife is handmade and unique.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free worldwide shipping on all orders, with an option of paid express delivery.

What are the delivery times?
  • USA: Free shipping 15–19 days | Express 7–9 days
  • Europe & UK: 12–18 days (express 5–8 days)
  • Other regions: 15–25 days depending on location
How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package in real time.

Is my purchase protected?

Yes. Every order is covered by Purchase Protection — if something goes wrong with delivery or the product, we’ll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Are there exceptions?
  • Personalized / engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
How do I start a return?

Knife Use & Safety

Are your knives functional?

Yes. All of our knives are fully functional and suitable for use. Many customers choose them as collector’s pieces, but they are also practical tools.

Can I use them in the kitchen?

Yes, though usage depends on your preference and comfort. Some models are more decorative, others are functional for cooking or outdoor use.

  • Blades are deliberately finished to reduce piercing ability and comply with certification standards.

Knife Care & Maintenance

How should I care for my knife?
  • Always hand wash and dry immediately after use.
  • Never place in a dishwasher.
  • Store in a sheath, block, or magnetic strip.
  • Avoid cutting on glass, stone, or metal — use wood or plastic boards.
How do I sharpen my knife?

Our knives can be sharpened with:

  • Arkansas stones
  • Whetstones / water stones
  • Ceramic hones
  • Diamond hones (fastest)

Do not use electric sharpeners — they are too aggressive for fine edge geometry.

What angle should I sharpen at?

Maintain an 18°–22° angle per side, focusing only on the bevel, not the entire blade face.

Do you offer factory re-sharpening?

Yes. You may send your knife back to us for professional re-sharpening.

Warranty & Support

What warranty do you provide?

We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects, not damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents.

Contact our support team. We’ll evaluate the issue and provide repair, replacement, or resharpening solutions.
