Important: Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from ElegantKnives.com.
Return Policy

You may return unused products purchased from ElegantKnives.com within 30 days of delivery.

Custom-made knives, personalized knives, and kitchen cutlery are not eligible for return.

Returned products must be in original condition and packaging.

Once approved, refunds will be issued either:

As an ElegantKnives gift card, based on your preference.
