Submit a Return

At ElegantKnives, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade knives. While we are always saddened to see a return, we understand that finding the perfect piece can take time. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to make the process smooth and fair.

We sincerely hope you’ll continue your journey with us and discover a knife that perfectly suits your style. Should you decide to give ElegantKnives another try, our team will always be ready to assist you.

Important: Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from ElegantKnives.com.

Return Policy

  • You may return unused products purchased from ElegantKnives.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Custom-made knives, personalized knives, and kitchen cutlery are not eligible for return.

  • Returned products must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued either:

    • To your original payment method, or

    • As an ElegantKnives gift card, based on your preference.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  • Once you initiate a return with our support team, we’ll provide detailed shipping instructions.

  • After we receive your return, you can choose either:

    • A free replacement item, or

    • A cancellation with a full refund (excluding return shipping costs).

How to Submit a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team to initiate your return.

  2. You will receive detailed instructions for packaging and shipping your knife.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
